Off Season Training

If you chose to not participate in the preseason skates, you are expected to achieve at least 10 hours of active time a week during the 8 weeks leading up to the season. This can be achieved by playing another sport, playing club hockey for a travel team, by working out at the gym, or running/plyo’s/training on your own. We have 1 week of practice together before the regular season games start. Please be prepared for the season and come in shape!

Season Information

2014-15 Season information will be available at the September 14th meeting. Season information includes membership dues, schedules, special events, tournament information, equipment requirements, and player expectations for both the Varsity and Junior Varsity teams.

I believe that is all for now. As I stated before, I am very excited for the season and to have an opportunity to work with all of you. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Kind Regards,
Gregg Marinari
